Petite Sirloin

With fresh, grilled zucchini and roasted squash. Take advantage of their salad bar with lots of fresh vegetables. Just make sure you use your own dressing or make with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper.

Chicken Under A Brick

Sage-roasted chicken, seasonable vegetables (no carrots, no potatoes). Ask for dinner salad, no croutons, no bacon, and no cheese. Bring dressing or use olive oil with lemon, salt and pepper. They offer broccolini as another side option.

Grilled Salmon

Wild Alaskan salmon served grilled on a bed of fresh spinach. Ask for no potatoes and double spinach (or ask for steamed veggies to replace potatoes, no carrots.)

Spinach Power Salad

Fresh baby spinach, a roasted mushroom and onion blend, hard-boiled eggs (ask for no applewood-smoked bacon and frizzled onions). Bring dressing. Any Walden Farms or use olive oil and apple cider or white vinegar.

Wood-Grilled Fresh Rainbow Trout

Sides of roasted vegetable medley (no carrots), green beans or fresh asparagus. They offer a fresh broccoli garden salad. Bring dressing or use olive oil, lemon salt and pepper.

Grilled Pork Chop

With cucumber, tomato n’ onion salad (with lemon, salt and pepper, olive oil) fresh steamed broccoli.

Renegade Sirloin (8 0z.)

Served with choice of side, a mixed green salad, fresh vegetable medley (no carrots), and fresh steamed asparagus.

Miso-Glazed Chicken

Fire-grilled and served sizzling over a bed of fresh spinach, zucchini and yellow squash, hand-cut red peppers, cremini mushrooms. (Request no balsamic-glazed onions.)

Pork Porterhouse

(This would be 2 meals. Take home half for dinner the next night).
Roasted in garlic and lemon, served with broccolini sautéed with garlic, lemon and olive oil. Other side dishes are fresh grilled asparagus or lemon sautéed spinach.

Fresh Rare Ahi Topped with a Spicy Wasabi

Served with julienne vegetables (no carrots) no sauce except soy sauce, no rice, ask for extra lemon and side of green beans, sautéed spinach or fresh asparagus. You can choose two green sides if you wish.

Grilled Catfish

Freshwater catfish fillets with Cajun spices or lemon pepper seasoning, no rice, served with double portion of steamed broccoli and a side salad, no croutons, no cheese, no bacon. Bring dressing or use olive oil, lemon salt and pepper.

Lemon Pepper Chicken

Two chicken breasts seasoned with lemon pepper spices and grilled. No rice, two sides, double portion of steamed broccoli and side salad, no croutons, no bacon, no cheese. Bring dressing or use olive oil, lemon salt and pepper.

Grilled Salmon Filet

Ask for double portion of steamed broccoli as the side and a house salad, no croutons, no cheese, no bacon, bring dressing or use olive oil and white or apple cider vinegar and salt and pepper.

Filet Mignon

Sliced filet mignon with Cipollini onions and wild mushrooms. Ask for salad with field greens, tomatoes and fresh herbs and grilled asparagus with lemon oil.

Shrimp & Veggie Skewers

Large shrimp skewered with fresh red bell peppers, red onion, yellow squash and zucchini, char-grilled with steamed broccoli (instead of rice).

Wood-Fire Grilled Ahi Tuna

Sashimi-style yellow fin ahi tuna grilled rare and finished with a lemon chive seasoning. Served with fresh seasonal mixed veggies.

Norwegian Salmon

From the icy cold water of Norway, seasoned and wood-fire grilled. Served with fresh seasonal mixed veggies.

Victoria’s Filet*

The most tender and juicy thick cut.
*Or you can order the New York Strip.

Grilled Chicken

Basted with olive oil and herbs.

Filet Florentine

9 oz. USDA Choice center-cut tenderloin
Sides: salad / steamed broccoli / mixed medley

(No mashed potatoes)

Mixed Grill

Skewers of grilled marinated steak and chicken with rosemary.

(Get double veggies instead of potatoes!)
